Lead Times
Please allow 1-5 days for shipment of in stock products. Benchmates require a 2-3 week lead time. Printer enclosures require a 3-4 week lead time.
Third Party Orders shipping costs and times will vary.

Warranty
Products distributed by The WellBeing Store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase(s) within 15 days for a refund of the purchase price subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please return the product in the original packaging with all components, materials, and instructions intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Sorry, custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from The WellBeing Store. 1-800-403-0738. UNAUTHORIZED returns will not be accepted and will be handled at customer's expense.

Damage
All products are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipment to insure their safe arrival. Please note any visible damage with the carrier at time of delivery.

Sales Tax
Minnesota residents add 6.875%.
